1. Aluminium Can$$ collection recepticool bin$$ to collect all aluminium can$$ 
that are emptyed and of content$ already consumed & save-ing from the recycle bin filling/useing of space within the co-mingle.

2. Compost bin$$ the faciliation of putting aside in a bucket for example all the organic fruit and vegetable wastes bits uneaten,
 (even off plates/ table scraps) and then dumping contents of such bucket into an outdoor? compost bin..

3. SOLAR PANEL$$$$!

4. RAIN WATER TANK!

5. GREY WATER SYSTEM & SEPTIC TANK FOR ALL WASTE FLUIDS THAT WOULD HAVE WORSENED THE SEWER SEWERAGE NETWORK SEAP TAINTURE PLACES & 
instead are contained within the on-site tanks (even iv built and laid underground) though treating GREY WATER before adding such to a SEPTIC TANK,
I would inmagine would help the situation & science/technology unknown to myself of subject & topic of these RESOMATORSZ that purify water to be used again.. .

6. THE 6TH IDEA WAS THAT OF: a $10?? LEMON TREE & planting such treesZ on ones property and allowing to grow to fruit and provide free lemon$. 

7. THE RUBBER HOLOW TUBE-ING THAT NEEDS TO BE RIZEN AND SET IN AREA OF PROPERTY (BEST ON ROOF/though reduces SOLARpanel laying area$) TO BE FILLED WITH WATER,
THAT THEN HEATS UP IN THE SUNLIGHT AND THEN CAN BE WITHDRAWN AND USED TO FILL SAY A NIGHTTIME?DUSK BATH WITH WARM/HOT WATER AND SEAMS TO BE LIMITED TO SUCH USE, 
AS SHOWERS SEAM TO TAKE AND EXPEND MORE WATER THEN WHAT WOULD BE CONTAINED IN THESE RUBBER HOSE TUBEINGS THAT HEAT UP FROM SUNLIGHT / SUNSHINE / SolarRAdiation!!!!!

8. Chickhen Coup, nest, cage & fenced off area for CHICKHENS to xzyst and breed and feed and provide 48cent$ saving per laid & produced chickhen egg=eaten!! !

9. ? MUD clad all ones property, 
sorry to re-iterate my known idea to prevent fire damage to external walls and timber is to smear mud all over the exposed timber/wooden planks that 
are the outside * at fire risk of certain embers and or the thermal heat radiance from such fire that may get too close to ones house / 
shed / cubby / wooden structure or infastructed prefecture?? anyhow the mud is just fire retardant and protects covered tangible from burning due to the mud..

10. now this tenth idea is one that has not already (like the previous 9 idea$ that already before this .txt file already been told of/stated) been stated,
though at present I have no idea what this tenth idea could be ? other then maybe suggesting something like? for those with a bit bigger property/ 
land area it may be wise and undelayed though more a feature and tangible xzyst that benefits the fuel car person time and less fruit around though a circular 
driveway is a good feature for one's property so that there is an intake driveway and then following along such has the exit drive from property out another to 
state owned main street/road actual address ashphault?or stones? or dirt? or concrete?bricked?estate? just yeah when building a house consider the circle drivewaysz.
1 driveway into property & one driveway way to exit the property. 

I just say this as currently there is heaps of Australian's & Victorian's that are now homeless & have been affected/devo'ed by 1st the drought & 
then 2nd inferno fires/z that destroyed too many houses?Z though now there is a massive demand? of rebuilding houses/homes/property infastructure/building$  
though yeah hence why I suggested the circle driveway,
as those that are lucky enough to have purchased a parcel of land out in the middle of no where it would be smart to start with a circle driveway & depot ? 
parking area to harbour your neccessity to survive and means of connecting to other civilisation your road vehicle...

....unless you have acres opon acres, hectares of land and have a runway & transport to and from your property is via aeroplane then it may still apply.

though yeah that is only ten idea$ that I have suggested in this .txt file and most were derived from the previous improvements idea$ .txt file &
