10:42 PM - I am here in the rumpus at the cupboard computer setup and i want to in near future create a loft.
It would be so cool, like Allison's 1 she had at her parent$ ! ! !
Anyway,
The time is now 10:43pm and I am thinking for this loft happening financials aside, there has to be:
--> The Trusses (roof frame and securement of roofing) needs to be axed and the exterior braces totally have to be fastened and secured more so , so that the roof tin colourbond?roofing itself still is secured and wont blow away or dismantle in hektik storms and high winds/?Z !
--> Then the flooring of the loft, more chipboard or panels of wood or whatever that is strong enough to withstand the weight of occupants though light enough for the pre-xzysting frame and roofing underneath (?plaster?wood?) to not have the weight fall threw the roof to the first floor the original 1???
