Here I am just after gym I am pretty fucked I had a shower though still fucked I need to recover. I am enjoying it somewhat it isn't too bad soon I will have walking group which I am going to go do. I can't wait till I see Kim at lunch time it will be good I need to get smokes off her I'll ask for 7 and a deck of 26s so that it is only 200 smokes she owes.
I am pritty high in spirit I can feel the lorazodone effecting me it is a little painful to my brain though had to be something bad with it none of the medications are medicine they do not make you better just take away your awareness so you can't initiate action. Anyway I am going to wind this up there and go look to see if walking group starts soon and also maybe call my mum to get my other shoes. I may get Kim to fix the ones I got on cause I like them alot.
